These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website webdevelopershub.in (the “Website”) operated by Onkar, trading as Web Developers Hub, NSP, Delhi NCR, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using this Website in any way — including browsing content, submitting an enquiry form, downloading materials, or engaging our services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.
If you are using this Website on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Services & Engagement
This Website is a portfolio and business website for a freelance web development and digital marketing practice. Services offered include but are not limited to: web design, WordPress development, e-commerce development, UI/UX design, SEO, digital marketing, branding, content marketing, email marketing, and performance optimisation.
Enquiries and proposals: Submitting an enquiry form or contacting us does not constitute a contract or commitment from either party. A binding service agreement only comes into existence when both parties have agreed in writing (including email) to the scope, timeline, and payment terms for a specific project.
Project agreements: All freelance projects are governed by a separate project-specific agreement or proposal that takes precedence over these Terms where there is any conflict relating to that project. Where no separate agreement exists, these Terms apply in full.
No guarantees of availability: We reserve the right to accept or decline any project enquiry at our discretion. The Website does not guarantee the availability of our services at any given time.

Website content: All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, blog articles, case studies, code examples, and illustrations — is owned by or licensed to Onkar and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.
Permitted use: You may view, print, and download content from this Website solely for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may share links to our content with appropriate attribution.
Prohibited use: Without our prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any substantial portion of this Website’s content.
- Use any content for commercial purposes or to create derivative works.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Scrape, mirror, or frame any part of the Website without consent.
- Use our logo, brand name, or identity without our explicit written authorisation.
Client deliverables: Intellectual property ownership of work created for clients (websites, designs, logos, etc.) is determined by the project-specific agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a licence or full ownership as specified in their project agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Open source: Where we use open-source components in client projects, those components remain subject to their respective open-source licences.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute resolution: We both agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms through informal negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Please contact us first at hello@webdevelopershub.in.
Formal proceedings: If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
International users: If you are located in a jurisdiction that mandates local dispute resolution or grants consumer rights that override arbitration clauses (such as EU consumer protection law), nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings in your local courts or before your local consumer authority.
EU/UK users: The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. UK consumers may also use approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) schemes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
